For over 20 years Oscar and Luis have been specialist freelance guides for birding and wildlife tours.

We have joined forces to launch Explocation in 2015, with repertoire of the very best in birding and wildlife trips in Venezuela. Meticulously planned, professionally led, and with prices that are genuinely all-inclusive, Explocation offers something for everyone: from short trekking breaks in different areas of the country to a comprehensive selection of birdwatching, hiking, and photography tours in some of the world’s most beautiful wild places. Additionally, we have expanded our expertise to include educational school expeditions, designed to inspire students through immersive field experiences and hands-on learning in Venezuela’s unique ecosystems.

On almost any explocation tour there is likely to be someone for whom this is their first trip, whilst other in the party may have enjoyed regular holidays with us.
